Course: Architectural Analysis
Rhode Island School of Design| Providence, 2014
A semester-long analysis through hand drawn and digital (Rhinoceros) axonometric representations. My analysis was centred around the 9-grid matrix which informed the building’s structure and how this could be best communicated. I investigated how the 2-dimensional floor beams could be manipulated into more 3-dimensional forms, while retaining the nature of the 9-grid system.
